Notice: PAAT Processing on Hold

PAAT processing is on hold, pending bug fixes.  Users can still initiate and approve PAAT transactions, but they won’t be processed until these bugs are fixed.  PAAT transactions were last processed on 12/2/15.

This self-paced computer-based training explains when to use PAAT and the difference between a PAAT adjustment and a Funding Swap ePAR. It also covers the steps you’ll need to take to create, manage and submit a PAAT adjustment.

Tax Forms Image

Online Access to Employee Tax Forms

You can now view or print your 2014 W-2 from ConnectCarolina.  The online availability of these (and, in the future, other) employee tax forms is part of the University's green initiative to reduce paper use.  Active employees may view and print their 2014 W-2 forms by accessing the Self Service menu on the ConnectCarolina home page.

Dates for Finan$eer Pushed Back

A group of Finan$eer users have been helping to test the new version of Finan$eer, and they uncovered some issues that needed to be fixed before it could be rolled out.  As a result, the dates for turning off the old Finan$eer and for making the new one available have both been pushed to the end of December.  Additional testing is scheduled for next week, and we’ll send more details as we know them.

Legacy Systems Image

Update on ePrint and the Legacy Data Warehouse

The system that maintained security in the legacy data warehouses and for ePrint is being retired around December 14, 2015. To ensure that sensitive information remains protected, and at the same time, ensure that you have access to the legacy information you need, we’ve had to make some changes to the plans communicated up to now.
