If you've ever wondered exactly what the Finance, HR and Student teams are working on, check out this new timeline of ConnectCarolina and InfoPorte activities. This timeline gives you a view into what changes are in the works and when these activities are scheduled for completion. A lot goes into making these systems work for you, and we hope this timeline will provide insight into what's coming up.

The 2016 Fiscal Year End page is a single source of information on closing out the fiscal year in ConnectCarolina and InfoPorte. It includes important information, such as:

• Year-end dates and deadlines

• Training, webinars and reference guides for year-end tasks, like clearing up “stuck” transactions

• Checklists to help you prepare for and close out the year

• Links to other University resources

Additional information will be added to this page over time.

Change to Campus Voucher Attachments

An enhancement to the Campus Voucher page now requires you to click Save before you can confirm the attachment is there by seeing the date/time stamp in the “Added On” column on the Voucher attachment page.

Recent changes mean that the prior day's ConnectCarolina transtions are getting into the data warehouse for InfoPorte and SAS reporting earlier in the workday.

Keeping Sensitive Information in Mind When Working with Attachments

This self-paced course focuses on working with attachments in ConnectCarolina. You’ll learn what sensitive information you may encounter when attaching documents in ConnectCarolina and why it’s important to keep that information safe. You’ll also learn about ways to remove or permanently obscure sensitive information from a document before you attach it in ConnectCarolina.

2015 W-2s Now Available Online

Just in time for tax season, you can now view, print or edit (where applicable) some of your state and federal tax forms in ConnectCarolina.  2015 and 2014 W-2s and 2016 W4s and NC4s are now available.
