Maintenance Outage August 26

ConnectCarolina will have a planned maintenance outage on Tuesday, Aug. 26, starting at 5:00 pm and ending around 11:00 pm.

Reporting After Go-Live

Beginning Oct. 1, all of campus will use InfoPorte as the chief tool for reporting and data analysis on ConnectCarolina Finance, HR/Payroll and Student Administration data.

Training Option: Live Demos Start Aug. 26

Specific training will be provided through live demos including Contracts and Grants for Research Administrators and Infoporte for Reporting.

Training is Underway!

Most of campus won’t experience ConnectCarolina for Finance and HR/Payroll until the October 1 go-live.  But administrative users are starting to get their hands on the system as the campus training effort begins.

Users Test  ConnectCarolina 

User Acceptance Testing (UAT) engages people from schools and units as well as central offices in end-to-end testing to make sure that the system is ready for business on Oct. 1.
